hi i have some questions about the healing signet, it says that u have -40 armor when using it, does that mean when u have the skill equiped in ur skill bar or when u are actually using to heal urself?
And does it give -40 armor to the piece where u've been hit? Cause it sounds a bit bad even for warriors, theyll get 40 armor wich kinda sucks :/

I believe, and I'm sure there are people that will know much more than I do, that it's only when actually using the skill/spell that the penalty kicks in. Once done, you're back to normal.

It's -40 armor when you are using the signet.

40- armor when you use it, but it is good when your monk and enemy is dead and you can't use rez sig. also, if you use it just at the right time, it will benifit you well

Plus if you have watch yourself, you can pop it while yer casting heal signet to alleviate half the penalty.
